Dr. Zahoor is a board certified neurologist, who specializes in diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, narcolepsy and heart-related sleep problems. His practice, Advanced Sleep Neurodiagnostics, PC, provides a gentle and friendly environment, where he takes the time needed to listen to the concerns of patients and family members. Sleep studies are completed to help evaluate what happens to a patient's body during sleep and to aid the diagnosis of sleep disorders. Upon diagnosis, Dr. Zahoor then provides the patient with therapy and follow-up care.

He is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine Detroit, Michigan. After completing his internship at Oakwood Hospital Dearborn, Michigan, Dr. Zahoor went to Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit for his residency in neurology. He completed three post-doctoral fellowships: the first at Brown University in Rhode Island, in EMG/neurophysiology; the second at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he studied EEG/epilepsy; and the third at the University of Chicago in sleep medicine. Dr. Zahoor is a member of American Medical Association and the Michigan State Medical Society.
Dr. Zahoor is also specialized in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue.
